Fire Evacuation Signage:
Oz Fire Compliance supplies clear and accurate
Evacuation Signage to all our clients. Our signs are
specifically designed to be bright and prominent for easy recognition
during an emergency event. Each of our signs will display the following information for your business premises:
- Building floor plan
- Site plan
- "You Are Here" markings to show sign location
- Location of all building exits
- Closest evacuation route(s)
- Location of emergency assembly area(s)
- Location of all fire appliances (eg. extinguishers, fire blankets, hose reels, hydrants, etc)
- Location of all emergency equipment (eg. manual call points, alarms, indicator panels, wardens intercom phones, etc)
- Location of all safety appliances (eg. first aid kits, eye washers, safety showers, spill kits, etc)
- Location of all dangerous (flammable) goods (eg. gas, fuels, etc)
- Business name and address
- Emergency evacuation procedures
- Safety considerations
- Fire extinguisher applications and instructions
All building and site plans on
our signs are correctly orientated (ie. up on plan is straight ahead and down on plan is behind the viewer) to their individual building location as
required by the
Queensland Fire Safety Regulation 2008.
This aids in the understanding of our signs by their users.
